Community Resiliency Model Training - 25-26th February

This two-day training will teach the key principals and tools of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)®, a trauma and resiliency-informed model that is being used throughout Ireland and in 80 countries around the world. This model focuses on building awareness to common stress and trauma responses, as well as teaching six wellbeing tools that can be used by groups and individuals to support their own resilience following adversity.

CRM focuses on the biology of trauma and wellbeing, supporting people to better understand their own body's response to stressors and providing practical ways to return the body to balance during or after stressful experiences. The workshop will guide participants through the theory and practice of all six wellness skills, as well as providing an understanding of how to bring trauma-informed and resiliency-informed lenses to work in various fields.
