This in-person event, led by Sarah Skiles, Reiki Level II Practitioner, of Uplifted Energies, combines the healing powers of Reiki and Sound Bath experience to help you unwind and find inner peace. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations and energy work to release tension and promote overall well-being. Who is Sarah!

Sarah is a Level II Reiki Practitioner, trained in Sound Healing, and is soon to add her 95-hour Toddler, Kid and Teen Yoga Teacher training. She welcomes all through her doors from skeptics to fellow energy healers. She recently found herself on this new journey in life after very deep self-reflection and she is hoping to guide people through their own journeys in whatever form that may take. Sarah’s personal business, which is located within Motherhood Matters, is Uplifted Energies. Sarah currently offers Sound Baths with Group Reiki and plans to continue to add to her services.

What to Expect!

*We invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in with a cup of warm Chamomile Tea or water, find a comfortable space, and silence electronic devices.

*Are you looking to release tension and let go of stress? This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to achieve deep relaxation and inner balance.

*During the Community Reiki + Sound Bath, our skilled Reiki practitioner will provide energetic healing, promoting a sense of harmony and well-being. But that's not all! This unique experience will provide space to immerse yourself in a Sound Bath that will further enhance your relaxation. A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in the therapeutic sound waves from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and more. These vibrations guide your body and brainwaves into a more relaxed state, easing you into a deep restful state.

*This session is more than just relaxation; it's an opportunity to plant the seeds of growth and abundance within yourself, setting the stage for a season of flourishing and fulfillment.
