Community Prenatal Yoga

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating prenatal yoga session at Staten Island University Hospital North - Regina McGinn Education Center.

Pregnancy is an extraordinary blessing but - let’s face it - it isn’t all that easy!

Prenatal yoga, which is composed of gentle yoga poses tailored to the various stages of pregnancy, helps expectant mothers navigate physical equilibrium changes as the baby grows in the womb. Our yoga classes aid in positively transitioning the ups, downs (and sideways) of hormonal changes happening throughout pregnancy and can dramatically alleviate hip and back discomfort caused by that beautiful human growing inside. Additionally, our prenatal yoga classes will help you build community with other expectant mothers and share the experience of growing a baby while doing something very good for yourself.
