This isn’t just a market it’s a celebration of community.

• 🍔 A selection of food vendors, including Black-owned businesses
• 🎶 Live DJs and music throughout the day
• 🎈 A dedicated kids zone with a bouncy castle, games & face painting
• 🎨 Interactive workshops and activities for all ages

Whether you’re coming to shop, eat, network, or just enjoy the vibes, there’s something here for everyone.

Thee Market Plug – Event Participation Agreement

By booking a stall at Thee Market Plug event, all vendors agree to the following terms:

• All stall bookings must be paid in full to secure your space.
• Stall allocations are confirmed only once payment has been received.
• Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

• All payments are non-refundable.
• This is due to upfront costs including venue hire, equipment, marketing, and event logistics.
• If a vendor can no longer attend, they may:
• • Transfer their space to another vendor (subject to approval), or
  • Request to move their booking to a future event (at the organiser’s discretion)
• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are not guaranteed.

• The organiser reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns, or external factors).
• In such cases, bookings will be transferred to a new date.
• Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

• Vendors must arrive within the allocated set-up time.
• Late arrivals may result in loss of space without refund.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup and pack down.

• Vendors must only sell items agreed upon at booking.
• Counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe goods are strictly prohibited.
• Food vendors must comply with all relevant hygiene and safety regulations.

• Vendors are responsible for ensuring their stall is safe and secure.
• Any equipment brought must be fit for purpose.
• The organiser is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.

• Vendors are encouraged (and in some cases required) to hold valid public liability insurance.
• Food vendors must have appropriate insurance and certification.

• Vendors must act respectfully towards attendees, organisers, and other traders.
• The organiser reserves the right to remove any vendor behaving inappropriately, without refund.

• Thee Market Plug may take photos/videos during the event for promotional use.
• By attending, vendors consent to being included in this content.

• The event is free for the public to attend.
• Vendors acknowledge that part of the event model includes voluntary donations from attendees to support community delivery.

By booking a stall, vendors confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
