Join us on Sunday, September 21 at 1:00 pm at 4448 Dallyn St NW, Calgary, AB for a special #GreenMyCity event with the Dalhousie Community Association Garden Committee. Together, we’ll kick off the transformation of an unused greenspace into the 37,500 sq ft Dalhousie Community Garden and Food Forest. The plan includes 45 raised beds (11 fully accessible), edible trees and shrubs, a pergola gathering space, and pathways with seating. With input from the community and the City, this space will promote gardening, education, and recreation while enhancing biodiversity with native, drought-resistant plants.
