Community Partners Dinner with LWV Florida President Cecile Scoon

Tampa Bay community leaders and members of the board of the League of Women Voters of North Pinellas County (LWVNPC) will share the strengths each organization brings and discuss opportunities in the communities which will increase civic participation in Pinellas areas of traditionally low voter turnout.

The session will seek your feedback on what has worked in the local community and what the League can do to provide support to your organizations with the shared goal of increasing voter registration, turnout, and general voter education. We seek guidance from our community partners. Florida LWV President, Cecile Scoon of Pensacola, will be in attendance. She is looking forward to listening and learning about our community.

This will be a dinner hosted by LWVNPC.

Reservations required. Due to COVID protocols, the supper will be held in the large community room at the MLK Center. In accordance with CDC guidelines on social distancing, tables will be spread out and partially seated. Attendance will be limited. We strongly encourage face masks when not eating.
