The South Oakland Family YMCA has served the Royal Oak and surrounding communities for over 70 years. With new strength and cardio equipment, new functional workout rooms, and a growing list of youth and family programs, the Y has something for everyone. We are inviting you to our Open House on Tuesday, December 3, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. There will be information about our program offerings and membership, small group training demonstrations, EGYM previews, giveaways, and more. Come see what the YMCA has to offer you!
