Community of Practice program

Delivered by LGBTI aged care specialists GRAI, these training sessions will prompt a better understanding ofthe needs of LGBTI people, and equip managers to increase their LGBTI inclusivity in their organisation. This FREE training will offer organisations the opportunity to send 3-4 people who are sufficiently well-placed to be change agents within their organisation.This may be managers, team leaders, policy, and HR staff in the aged care sector, including, residential facilities, retirement villages, community care providers and all services engaging with older members of the community.

The program will run over THREE Thursdays 9th February, 9th March both 9-4pm days and 23rd March 9-1pm.
