Community of Practice - Before and After

Opportunities for facilitated conversation, reflective practice and pedagogical leadership can encourage, foster and sustain a culture of collaboration and co-learning. We invite educators in our early learning community to engage in this Community of Practice to actively participate in conversations and information sharing that are relevant to before and after programming. The desired objective in building a community of practice is to utilize facilitated and focused conversation to support educators to share and reflect on current practices and past experiences amongst fellow educators providing programming and care in before and after programs.
