Community Nutrition Assistance

Community Assistance for Seniors 60 years or older. You must have your Social Security Award letter. If anyone else in the household has income you must have their income information too. So for example if they receive social security you must have their award letter. If they work, the last 30 days pay stub.

Please bring your patience and positive attitudes. Bring snacks in the event of a wait. Please do not bring children as space maybe limited.
