A community night out for meeting new people, getting offline, and enjoying an aperitivo together in Milan.

Come meet us for an easygoing evening with the Even Numbers community at Scalo Porta Genova Social Lab.This is our community-led aperitivo format for anyone who wants to come solo, meet new people, discover a new spot in Milan, and enjoy a night out without the pressure of traditional networking.

Think good drinks, new faces, easy conversation, and a little more time offline.

You don’t need to know anyone before coming. That’s the point.

HOW IT WORKS

• Meet the Even Numbers community lead at Scalo Porta Genova Social Lab at 7:30 PM
• Arrive solo or with a friend and join the group
• We’ll provide conversation prompts to help break the ice
• We’ll spend the evening getting to know each other, chatting, and enjoying the aperitivo atmosphere
• Everyone is responsible for ordering and paying for their own food and drinks directly at the venue

This is a community-led event. Even Numbers brings the people together and provides the framework — the community helps create the experience.

Whether you’re new to Milan, looking to expand your circle, an international, local, creative, or simply looking for a reason to get out and meet someone new, you’re welcome.

FOOD & DRINKS

Your Eventbrite ticket covers event organization and community facilitation only.

Food, drinks, and any other purchases at Scala Social Hub are not included and must be ordered and paid for directly by each guest.

We encourage each guest to purchase a food or beverage item during the evening to support the venue.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Please only book if you are sure you can attend. Places are limited to keep the group comfortable and intimate. Your ticket reserves a place specifically for you.

Eventbrite ticket: Your ticket covers event organization, community facilitation, and the Even Numbers community experience. It does not include food, drinks, or purchases made at the venue.

Venue purchases: All food, drinks, and other purchases are made directly with the venue and are the responsibility of each individual guest. These purchases are subject to the venue’s own terms, pricing, policies, and service.

Age requirement: Guests must comply with any age requirements imposed by the venue and applicable Italian law, particularly regarding the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages. Even Numbers does not provide alcohol as part of the ticket.

Accessibility & individual needs: If you have accessibility requirements or another need that may affect your participation, please contact Even Numbers before booking so we can provide any information we have about the event setup and venue. We cannot guarantee that the venue can accommodate every individual requirement.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All Eventbrite tickets are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Because this is a small-format event taking place on a specific date, places are reserved specifically for registered guests.

We are therefore unable to offer refunds for cancellations, change of plans, or failure to attend.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If a waitlist exists, we may offer your place to another guest, but this does not guarantee a refund or transfer.

If Even Numbers needs to cancel or significantly change the event, registered guests will be contacted directly with information regarding the available options.

LIABILITY & PARTICIPATION

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Community Night Out Aperitivo, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Even Numbers Milano, its organizers, representatives, volunteers, community leads, and collaborators shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, damage to personal property, or other loss or harm arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You are responsible for assessing your own ability to participate and for taking reasonable precautions to protect your health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the event.

You are also responsible for following all applicable venue rules, safety requirements, and reasonable instructions provided by the venue or event organizers.

Even Numbers community leads are community facilitators and are not professional guides, security personnel, medical professionals, healthcare providers, or employees of Scala Social Hub.

Alcohol & responsible participation: If you choose to consume alcohol, you are responsible for doing so responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. Please do not drink and drive. Even Numbers does not provide transportation and is not responsible for a guest’s decision to consume alcohol or for consequences arising from that decision.

Venue-related services: Any food, drinks, services, facilities, or purchases made directly from Scala Social Hub are the responsibility of the individual guest and are subject to the venue’s own terms, policies, and service. Even Numbers is not responsible for the quality, availability, preparation, or service of any food or beverage purchased directly from the venue.

By booking your ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree to participate responsibly and respectfully.
