With every step - we are dancing and moving inward and forward.I’m delighted to share that I’m starting a new monthly Community classes at @GalwayDance in Terryland House.
First class will take place on
Saturday 8 November 11 am -12 pm.

✨ Nia Neuromuscular Integrative Action) is a mindful movement practice that blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts — designed to move your body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Whether you're getting back into movement after a break, pregnancy, or injury — or simply looking for a feel-good way to stay mobile, strong, and centred — Nia welcomes all fitness levels and all ages. No experience needed!
