Community Natural Dye Bath

Let’s gather in community to create a dye bath and give fresh life to the textiles we already love. We will be working with MADDER ROOT this month.

What to Bring: One or two items for the dye pot! We encourage using what you already have—something thrifted, worn, or well-loved. Please note, we are limiting the number of items to 3, per person. If you are unsure, feel free to bring them along and we can help you when you arrive. As we grow and have more dye pots available, we will allow for more items. :)

This time we ask you to only bring plant based-fibres (cellulose) such cottons, linens, hemp, ramie etc. Please make sure all items are washed and clean.

Cost:

small items (example: napkin, bandana, bra, socks, etc.) - $15per item

medium (example: shirt, small towel, shorts) - $20 per item

**there will be some blank items available for puchase such as bandanas, linen napkins, etc. **

Please add up you total in the check-out for the donation. For example two small items, would be a total of $30, one small and one medium ($35), etc.

No experience necessary—everyone is welcome. ❤️ Please understand this process is slow and each step takes time . We welcome you to slow down with us and enjoy the morning. Bring snacks to share, bring a craft you are working on, or just hang out with us!
