The East Hartford Health Department will offer a FREE Community Naloxone (Narcan) Training at Raymond Library (840 Main Street) on Thursday, January 23rd from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This training will provide information on what an opioid is, types of opioids, what an overdose is, how to identify the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose, how to administer Naloxone (Narcan) during an overdose, and more.
