Join us @ Leonardo's Coffee @ 9908 112th street on Friday, August 28th from 6-8:30 pm for a farewell to summer event with music and poetry.
About this Event

Special Guests: Francesco Rizzuto is amusician from Edmonton who will be opening the event with his intimate, folky, country alternative music from 6-6:30 and playing during the intermission.

Rayanne Haines is an award winning poet who has written several poetry books that are raw, visceral and deeply vulnerable- and will be our opening poet. She will be our special opener before ten other community poets take the mic and share their prose.

The event will be outdoors, in the backyard behind the beautiful hertitage home that houses Leonardo's Coffee and Sandwhich house. There will be plenty of seating, drinks and snacks on offer. Come say farewell to summer with a lovely community event that is certain to warm your heart.

40 tickets available and sales end at Noon on August 26th. We will not be able to accomodate last minute attendees to ensure the best experience for all who attend. See you there!
