Sometimes first aid isn’t a bandage, or CPR or calling 911. Sometimes, first aid is you. A person you know could be experiencing a mental health or substance use problem. Take a course. Save a life. Strengthen your community.Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches anyone 18 years or older how to identify, understand, and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. We are using a blended format of 2 hours self paced followed by 6 hours of instructor-led training receiving a total eight hours of training.
