As discussed during the neighbor forum following the 12/12 Valvoline DAM meeting on Zoom, Friendship Community Group has scheduled an in-person community meeting on Thursday, January 30th, at 6:30 pm at Friendship Avenue Church, 5450 Friendship Avenue.
The purpose of this meeting will be to share FCG's official statement in opposition of the project and get community feedback to tweak our messaging as needed. This is also an opportunity for any individual neighbors who intend to testify at the Zoning hearing on Thursday 2/6 to learn more about the process of testifying, how to prepare, and what to expect. We will have several residents in attendance who have done this many times and are prepared to help coach those who feel unsure about how best to voice their concerns to the City.
