Community Lunch and Learn - Mind your Body

We’ll kick off the session with an interactive Medical/Mental Mysteries activity to get everyone thinking about the connection between physical and mental health. From there, you’ll hear from several presenters who will explore how mental health impacts the body, how it presents in youth, and the ripple effects on families and caregivers. We’ll also dive into stress responses like fight-or-flight and the importance of a whole-person care approach. The session will wrap up with a Q&A, followed by time to connect and network with fellow community partners.
