Community Living in Practice (CLiP) at Corvidae Co-op

Corvidae is a newer housing community, built in June 2025. Residents will host a potluck and share about our experiences living in community thus far. If you feel called, please bring something to share, labeled with ingredients for those with dietary restrictions.

Come hear about what living in an urban10-unit village is like, tour the common spaces and individual units, and hear how affordable/attainable housing was a cornerstone of community's design.

If you're in the market for a new home in community, we will have a 1 bedroom unit available for sale in 2026. It is an income qualified unit and expected to be priced at $294k-305k.
