Community Listening Circles

Listening Circles are designed to offer a safe space for all individuals who feel like sharing their personal experiences easing through being listened to beyond the mask of judgement perception expectations success etc to feel a sense of belonging support nurturing mental health & well-being. This is also a space where we build connection with self & others just by listening with pure intent. These circles offer a therapeutic holding filled with warmth compassion non-judgment safety listening support acceptance moments of joy gratitude creativity and more.

The space is facilitated & held by a trained and certified professional supported with the presence of a community holding. The primary facilitator Megha Chhallani has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of People Development and certified in Therapeutic Work.

Format:

1. We start with a short mindfulness based grounding & breath practice

2. Introduction to the space along with important guidelines and intention setting

3. Space is open for Indvidual sharing & deep listening with an open heart (read guidelines before joining the circle)

4. Closing community ritual (movement journaling clay art music poetic words bonding rituals gratitude practices etc)

Contribution: 100 INR per circle* (min. contribution just so that we could meet min cost of venue materials & transport. You are free to gift more if you wish)
