This isn't an average conference – instead of centering speakers or panels, we harness the collective wisdom of every nonprofit leader in the room. Picture this: small and large group conversations with community leaders who get it.

Previous UnConference attendees collaborated on themes such as - staying connected, board alignment, funding diversification, deepening local ties, moving from ideas to action, creating safe / brave spaces, building community, having hard conversations, asking for help, storytelling, and board alignment.
