Are you craving community, lightheartedness and wellbeing? Join us for a session of Intentional Laughter followed by a community potluck dinner.
Please bring a bottle of water, a dish to share with your new (and old) friends, and wear clothes you can move around in. Please also bring $2 per person to donate for the use of our community centre space.
To reduce our footprint, if you're able to bring your own plates and cutlery, please do!
All ages and abilities welcome.
Although Laughter Yoga is gentle exercise, please consult with your doctor if you are unsure it is for you. All of the exercises are suggestions only and you participate in the way you feel safe and comfortable.
