Join Rebecca and friends for the special practice of kirtan!
This 75 minute practice is an evening of mantra, music, and story meant to connect you to your heart, gently cleanse it of debris, and send you off into the world a little more shiny and uplifted. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Come and sit, sway, chant, meditate, laugh, and be with community as we elevate our mood and cultivate a little more love.
Neuroscience reveals that dance accesses non-verbal and non-cognitive dimensions of healing, unlocking the power of our brains to translate emotion into motion.
