Community Kirtan and Pot Luck

Community Kirtan and Potluck is your chance to meet the Through Breath Community and share a vegetarian meal! To honor the diversity and indiscriminate nature of this practice, we will be touching on universal prayers and mantra from walks of life foreign and familiar. Please bring a dish, a friend, and an open heart.
Kirtan is the practice of devotional song originating from India; set between the Middle East and Southeast Asia, India holds so much crossover and integration between multiple major belief systems, including Islam, Hindi, and Buddhism, and many more. These faiths carry Kirtan with them as a means of building community and personal devotion.
