Community Information Session and Health Fair

Join us for the Community Information Session and Health Fair on Sat, May 4th, 2024! This event will take place in person, starting at 12:00 PM and ending at 4:00 PM.

Our Community Information Session will offer educational sessions on chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. You will have an opportunity to learn about resources available throughout Milwaukee in the areas of healthcare, foodshare, education, and recreation.

In addition, we'll be hosting a Health Fair where you can participate in health screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, and other conditions. After screening, attendees have a chance to sit down with a clinician to go over their results and ask health questions.

We will also have fun, music, and entertainment for the whole family! Face painting, games, dancing, and food!
