Alameda County Public Health Department (ACPHD) provides information about available programs and assistance with referral and enrollment to receive health services. Nurses can provide blood pressure checks. Visit ACPHD on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 11am-2pm.

What and Where is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services. Located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2nd floor, by the Tech Lab.
No registration is required. Walk-ins are welcome.
