Talk with a representative from 4Cs of Alameda on 1st and 3rd Mondays from 11am-2pm. 4Cs will help with enrollment in parent workshops, toddler playgroups, and family navigation to HPN community. Families can receive childcare referrals and information on payment assistance.

The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services. It's located at the Downtown Hayward Library, 2nd floor near the Tech Lab. No registration. Walk-ins welcome!
