About this Event
About the Event: In collaboration with Urban Wholistics, the Community Health Summit is a dynamic gathering of healthcare professionals, community leaders, and advocates, all united in their mission to reduce healthcare disparities. This event serves as a platform to foster open dialogue, share innovative solutions, and collaborate on strategies that improve access to quality care for underrepresented populations. Whether you're a seasoned expert, passionate advocate, or someone new to the topic eager to learn and contribute, the summit offers a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful change and advance the conversation around healthcare solutions. Local community organizations will be available for additional healthcare needs and resources.
Urban Wholistics is a total health, community based, grassroots initiative created to beautify open land in neighborhoods that have been historically excluded from access to wholistic green spaces. Learn More
