We need your help!!! The Partnership for a Healthy Community is working on a community plan to improve health and wellness in the Tri-County Area.
A survey was conducted to start guiding The Partnership's next plan. The review of that survey showed that marginalized communities have not been represented in the data collection.
The goal of this Town Hall Discussion & Interview evening is to provide folks with the data, have the experts answer any questions, and provide our valuable feedback and perspectives.
If we do not provide our options, wants, and needs, The Partnership for a Healthy Community will not have an accurate representation of what the needs are in this community! We need YOUR VOICES to help guide them in building a healthy Tri-County Area!

Interviews will be every 20 minutes from 6pm-8pm
