You're Invited to Our Community Health Fair!Join us at our Emergency Center in West Palm Beach for a comprehensive Health Fair focused on wellness and prevention.
Guests will receive complimentary health screenings, including assessments for healthy weight, blood pressure, and glucose levels. Attendees can also learn evidence-based strategies to improve balance and reduce fall risk at home, along with valuable education on stroke awareness and prevention.
