This year, the Community Health Champions project turns five years old!Join us at the Dudson Centre for a special celebration event, where alongside a delicious picnic lunch in the Dudson Centre courtyard, champions can enjoy:
> ‘Hook-a-duck’ speed networking – hook a duck to make a new connection!
> A project marketplace, showcasing the incredible work of the Tackling Health Inequalities grants.
> Commemorative merchandise to celebrate the project anniversary.
> Noticeboard decorating competition – put your tastes to the test by building the most eye-catching Community Health Champions cork board!
You will also be invited to have your say on the future of the Community Health Champions project – help us to shape project priorities and plan future resources.
Drop in for as long as you’d like. Catch up with your fellow champions, meet new people, and celebrate five years of sharing easy to understand health messages to communities across the city!
