Community Group for Women & Gender-Diverse Improvising Musicians

Online session: 11am-12pm via Zoom

In-person session: 7pm-8pm at The Cooler, 12 Mary's Abbey, Dublin 7.

New monthly community group for women and gender-minority musicians in improvised music to come together and share experiences, challenges, ideas, and inspiration.

Sign up for free at the booking link to attend online at 11am on 10th April 2024, or in person at The Cooler (12 Mary's Abbey, Smithfield Dublin 7), at 7pm on 10th April 2024.

The first online session is going to be chaired by singer-songwriter Jennifer McMahon and the first in-person session by vocalist/composer Carol-Ann Flanagan. You can also register your interest to chair a subsequent session!

The in-person session can be followed by a short informal jam or collective improvisation session depending on interest. Bring along your instruments if you would like to! Drumkit (not incl. cymbals), piano, upright bass, and small PA available at The Cooler.
