Grief is not meant to be carried alone. In this guided ritual space, we come together to honor, express, and be witnessed in the full spectrum of our sorrow—personal, communal, and beyond. Through intentional ritual, we reclaim grief as a powerful force of transformation rather than isolation.

This gathering offers a deeply held container for the raw truth of our hearts, normalizing the expression of loss and releasing the blockages that numb or disempower us.

Together, we will engage in:

🌿 Opening Meditation – Arriving in presence and breath

📜 Discussion – Exploring ritual spaces and cultural/historical contexts of grief💭 Intentions & Sacred Space – Setting the foundation for our shared experience

🌊 Ritual Practice – Engaging with elements such as water, earth, and sound to move and transmute energy

🔥 Closing & Integration – Honoring what has been released, sharing reflections, and grounding
