Grief can feel isolating, but you do not have to walk through it alone.
Our Community Grief Group is a safe and supportive space for individuals who have experienced loss to come together, share, listen, and receive encouragement from others who understand the challenges of grief.
This group is open to anyone navigating the loss of a loved one or other significant life loss. Whether your loss is recent or years old, you are welcome here.
During our meetings, participants will have the opportunity to:
Connect with others in a supportive environment
Share experiences and feelings at their own comfort level
Find encouragement, understanding, and community
Receive support without judgment
You are not required to speak or share in order to attend. Simply coming and being present is enough.
