About this Event
A communal space to honor what we have lost and continue to carry.
We are not alone in this experience.
With somatic movement, Tonglen breathwork and meditation, creative reflection, shared ritual, compassionate witnessing, and sound healing, we will meet our grief together rather than denying it.
Whether you are grieving an unchosen path, a person, a relationship, a dream, a former self, or simply the weight of being human, you are welcome here.
