Community Grief Circle

The weight of grief is not meant to be carried alone. You don't have to bear it by yourself anymore. Join us in sharing your grief and offering support to fellow community members as they navigate their own.

Grief is not limited to the loss of a loved one—all forms of grief are welcome here. Whether it's collective grief, the loss of a relationship, a job, or a pet, estrangement, disillusionment, deconstruction, or any other form of sorrow, you are welcome to share and be heard.

Inspired by Joanna Macy's Truth Mandala, this Grief Gathering will provide a safe and sacred space for mutual support, witnessing, and being witnessed. Together, we will connect, co-regulate, and commune to lighten the load, reminding ourselves that we are not alone in our journeys.
