Community Gathering (Only for Western Alaska Residents Relocated to Anchorage after Typhoon Halong)

Western Alaska residents who relocated to Anchorage after Typhoon Halong are invited to join us for FREE community gatherings twice monthly to connect, enjoy a shared meal with opportunities to cook together, and participate in cultural activities.
There will also be opportunities to use the amenities at the Fairview Rec Center, including a basketball court, weight room, reading nook, and kids’ indoor gym. Please check in at the front desk for access. The Alaska Native Heritage Center will cover the cost of the basketball court and weight room. These offerings are available only for those who have relocated to Anchorage.
