Community Garden Workday

Join us for a hands-on volunteer day at The Meadows Community Garden! Help refresh and maintain this vibrant space by weeding, planting, and more. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm! We’ll provide all supplies, along with a water cooler, snacks, and sunscreen. Be sure to bring a reusable water bottle. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to be present in the beginning to sign a minor waiver. Those under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.

Parking Information: Please refer to the map below for guidance. We will meet at the community garden marked with a blue "X". The blue dotted line indicates a walking path to get to the designated meeting spot from the parking areas. Parking is located adjacent to the garden—follow the red arrows on the map while driving, and park in the available parking areas are designated by the parallel lines that are shown in green. Due to limited parking, carpooling is encouraged. Look for our event parking signs. When parking, do not back into spaces—your back license plate must be visible from the street.

Reminder: This is a residential area, so please be mindful and respectful.
