After much discussion with the community, here's the plan moving forward:
I plan to host my first community garage sale March 7-8 from 10a-4p. This is going to be my trial run, so I'm not charging anything for those that want to set up a space. Right now I have enough 13.5 x 12 spaces for 4. I'm going to be putting in an order for some banners this week to hang on the pillars outside the shop to help with advertising it. There's also been some interest (as consumers) shown on the Rochester Reddit for this and I'll likely put a bug in the ear of a certain friend of mine in radio (you know who you is! 😁) to help put the word out over the air waves.
