Join us for an opportunity to receive an update, join discussion groups, and learn more about the planned sale of the northern portion of the Highland Lakes campus. Oakland Community College’s health professional programs currently located at the Highland Lakes and Southfield campuses are preparing to move to a new state-of-the-art facility on the Orchard Ridge campus planned for 2027.
The College is committed to ensuring that the future use of the Highland Lakes property continues to provide meaningful value to the community, enhances quality of life, respects Oakland County taxpayers and meets the needs of local residents. Preserving significant green space and wetlands remains a top priority and will be a key factor in evaluating any future development proposals.
