Our Community First Responder Training with 314Oasis is perfect for anyone who wants to learn life-saving skills and help out when it counts. This will be the 4th class in a series designed to equip anyone with the knowledge and skills to help when disaster strikes. During this class we will discuss how to support someone who is in a traumatic crisis with a review of mental wellbeing safety, therapeutic listening, understanding physical and emotional pain, and an experiential introduction to acupuncture as a method to reduce stress and release trauma. This will include hands on experience in applying ACUPRESSURE beads in the ear, a safe practice which anyone can learn and practice.
