Community First Responder Training

THIS TRAINING DOES NOT PROVIDE A CERTIFICATION
RGV CPR is committed to making lifesaving skills accessible to everyone (18 and over) and helping build confidence in handling emergencies.
The hands-on training includes training in:
- Performing CPR
- Using an AED
- Helping a choking victim
- Advanced bleeding control (using a tourniquet)
- Naloxone use (for opioid overdose)
- FREE box (2-count) of Naloxone
- Only registered participants 18 years of age and older may attend.

It is for educational purposes only and does not result in certification. This training is not affiliated with the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Participants will learn basic lifesaving techniques, but it is their responsibility to pursue formal certification courses for recognized credentials.
