People who are living outside are especially vulnerable to cold weather, but anyone (housed or unhoused) can get frostbite, hypothermia, etc. or need overdose response. How can we offer to help in respectful ways, and what can we do? This workshop will be intro level; you don't need any previous experience with first aid or medical training."Masking is strongly encouraged. N95 masks will be available for people.
