Community Event: Monthly Yoga Class at Lululemon Fillmore

ABOUT THE CLASS

Join Mindy for an all-levels vinyasa flow. Our yoga practice will be a complimentary 45-minute class focused on creating space through major areas that build tension and tightness. We’ll build heat through our longer standing series to develop strength and endurance while sprinkling in fun arm balances and inversions {optional}. Bring your mat, towel, water and a friend.

ABOUT YOGA IN STORE (ONCE A MONTH)

Join us on the last Saturday of every month for a 45-minute yoga class at lululemon Fillmore. Check-in between 9-915am as class will begin promptly at 930am. We are so excited to kick off the weekend with you and have you apart of the community!

No equipment needed. Bring a Yoga mat. Recommend to bring a water bottle.

No charge to attend.

Hi, I’m Mindy!

When I found yoga, it was the only form of movement that could quiet my mind and allow me to feel at peace. I knew that this practice was changing my life…

After graduating college with a degree in Sports Medicine, I completed teacher training and dove deeper into my yoga practice. I believe that yoga is the perfect way to evolve the mind and body simultaneously. In class, I often like to say, “the posture {asana} never ends”. This idea encourages students to stay connected and have new experiences within familiar spaces; we are all constantly learning and growing. I’ve been teaching and practicing for over 10 years yet I’m always discovering something new about the practice. As a life-long student, I have immersed myself in several additional yoga trainings and earned my life coaching certification.

Off the mat, I enjoy cooking, hiking, biking, traveling and spending time in the ocean. Yoga is truly alive in all areas of my life. My mission is to hold space for every student to experience the physical and mental benefits when they leave their mat.
