Community Event: Mental Health Workshop

Join us at AmeriHealth Caritas Opportunity & Wellness Center for a MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOP.

This workshop is primarily coming from the community side to help individuals understand how to approach and work with friends and/or family members who are struggling with a mental health crisis.

It will include:

• Strategies for listening and communication
• Resources to help the community/family member and the individual struggling

The workshop will be led by Rebecca Hunnicutt, an independent Certified Peer Support Specialist with a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health Science with an emphasis on trauma and 10 years of experience in the mental health field.
