Community Event at Solari Park

Join us for a morning of volunteering at Solari Park!

We're coming together to help beautify the park grounds and make a positive impact on our shared community spaces!
Stop by the Environmental Services Department table for an Adopt-a-Storm Drain demo, program info, and a chance to sign up as a volunteer! Help us keep San José creeks and neighborhoods clean!

Recommended attire and what to bring:

Choose clothing you will feel comfortable moving around in. Sun protection is a must! Your clothing choices matter for this event.

• Sun hat and Sun screen

• Long sleeve shirt to protect from sun

• Long pant legs to protect from sun

• Closed toed shoes are strongly recommended (such as sneakers).

• Filled water-bottle and snack.

• A small backpack to carry items in throughout the event.

No experience is necessary. Dress for the weather, the event will be held--rain or shine.

All volunteers must sign the Volunteer Service Agreement.

Note: All persons under 18 must have a parent's signature to participate. Community service hours are given for middle and high school students. Please download the Volunteer Service Agreement and bring the form with you to the event so that we have your parent's signature. . Extra forms are available at the registration table on the day of the event.
