🥁 Enjoy the spirit and magic of rhythm expressed through our Community Drum Circle. Drumming in a group setting is good for the mind and body and can produce feelings of well-being, boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress.
Join us at the Plaza de Fundacion at San Pedro Creek on Tuesday, November 12th at 7:00 pm for a FREE workshop with David and Cameron Montalvo who will teach the art of the Djembe Drum and guide participants through healing rhythms.
🚗 Free parking is located at the Columbus Society parking lot at 679 Columbus St.
💺 Participants are encouraged to bring water and a lawn chair to the event.
