Community Drum Circle

Join us on Sunday, January 19th for an evening of rhythm, connection, and ceremony. In this 60-minute drum circle, we’ll gather in community to shake off stagnation, awaken new energy for the year ahead, and ground ourselves in collective rhythm.

In the spirit of Winter, we’ll honor stillness, renewal, and the power of coming together as we create harmony through sound. Let’s gather to connect, reflect, and set intentions for the journey ahead.

🎶 What to Bring

Bring your own drum if you have one, or feel free to get creative! If you don’t have a drum, you’re welcome to use your hands, clap, tap, or bring any other instrument. Let your own body become your drum as we connect to the rhythm within.

We'll conclude the evening by sharing tea and snacks.

About the Facilitators:
Kat Palmieri is a functional nutritionist and healing arts practitioner. Her approach integrates food as medicine, mindful practices, and a deep connection to Mother Earth. Kat's mission is to help women transform their relationship with food, reclaim their vitality, and improve digestion through nutrition and nervous system regulation. Josephine Virgintino is a Earth-tending medicine woman. She runs a family boat yard on City Island, and studies herbal medicine and agriculture. She has a background in music and enjoys hiking with her dog Sufi. Her mission is to help protect and heal the Earth through her work.
