Join us for our FREE Community Day, a space to connect, slow down, and experience wellness in a supportive community environment.
KID FRIENDLY! 💚
🕕 6:00 PM | We Connect - Games, snacks, conversation, and meaningful connection.
🕖 7:00 PM | You Receive - Settle into a deeply relaxing hour of massage, assisted stretching, gentle yoga, and sound therapy—all happening together in one calming space.
💆 Massage/Assisted Stretch Sessions - The first 6 people to sign up during the connection hour will receive a complimentary 10-minute mini massage or assisted stretch with Jordan of RNR Training & Wellness while enjoying the yoga and sound experience.
Bring a mat or blanket, your own snacks, water, and if you want to bring games or coloring material, all is welcome!
While this event is free, donations are deeply appreciated. Your support helps us continue offering accessible community wellness events and brings us one step closer to our goal of opening a dedicated studio space next year, allowing us to expand these offerings even further.
