About this Event

COMMUNITY DAY:

On Sunday 16th August from 13:30 - 20:00, Nourishment brings you Community Day 2026!

We’re heading outside to touch grass & community with a day of games, sports, pop-ups, food, drinks, DJs, & more!

We have an exciting line-up of DJs eager to soundtrack the sunshine and bubbles. Catch DJ Misan, DJ WRAYPRESSPLAY, M4yow44 & more to be announced spinning R&B, Afrobeats, Hip Hop, Amapiano, Dancehall and more!

Teams will be decided on the day with wristbands. Feel free to come solo or with a group - we'll be pairing and connecting everyone so it's a great opportunity to make new friends and catch a vibe.

There will be food providers & vendors serving affordably priced meals and drinks.

Sports & Games will include Rounders, Relay Races, Tug of War, Stuck in The Mud & More!

The park is located at Gomm Road, London, SE16 2ET.

Entrances into the park are at:

• Jamaica Road
• Lower Road (our entrance - go here!)
• Southwark Park Road
• Gomm Road

Please enter through Lower Road entrance near Surrey Quays Station.

How to get there

You can travel by:

• tube - Bermondsey, Canada Water, Surrey Quays or Rotherhithe station
• bus - 1, 47, 188, 199, 225, 381, 395, P13
• car or bike - car park located at Hawkstone Road. Bikes can be parked at Hawkstone Road and Gomm Road
